Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and talented Social Media Manager to join our vibrant Marketing team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Amazon's business goals.

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to gauge success and refine strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and public relations.
- Engage with followers, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely manner while fostering communication with the community.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, as well as industry trends and emerging platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to identify trends and insights that drive engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand advocacy and outreach.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to address customer concerns and promote positive resolutions via social media channels.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within a large-scale corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging and persuasive content.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Knowledge of analytics tools, like Google Analytics and social media insights, to track performance metrics.
- Mastery of content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to keep up with industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; related work experience may substitute for education.
